Bio and Publications

Dr. Berendzen joined the philosophy faculty at Loyola University in the Fall of 2004. His areas of specialization are Frankfurt School Critical Theory, Phenomenology, French Existential Philosophy, and Political Philosophy. He also has interests in Philosophy of Social Science, Feminism, and has published and presented work on the political function of art.
