Loyola/Nijmegen Exchange Program
Location: The Radboud University of Nijmegen is located in the Southeastern part of The Netherlands. Nijmegen is a city with a rich history and a vibrant university. Nijmegen is located very close to the German border, and travel to other countries in Europe is quite convenient.
Semester: Loyola students attend Nijmegen University in either the fall or spring semester. Arrangements for early examination are given to American university students attending Nijmegen in the fall. Students attending Radboud U in the spring take their examinations with the class
Courses of Study: Nijmegen University offers its English-speaking exchange students over four-hundred courses taught in English, including English, American Literature, Philosophy, Pyschology, History, Business, and many other disciplines. Students in the Loyola Nijmegen Exchange Program have the opportunity to take any courses offered in languages in which they are fluent.
Application Process: Students wishing to participate in the Loyola/Nijmegen Exchange Program should contact Debbie Danna for applications. Since she has taught at the university, she can give you information about the courses and the university itself.
Opportunities for Travel: Students studying at Nijmegen University have ample opportunity to travel in The Netherlands and to other countries on the European continent.
