Loyola University, New Orleans, exists to advance the education of its students. In order to achieve this goal, we must use materials that require specific precautions be taken to protect the health of those exposed. The Laboratory Chemical Hygiene Plan is intended to supplement our normal activities in the specific area of chemical health hazards in campus facilities. The effectiveness of the Laboratory Chemical Hygiene Plan, as with all normal safety programs, depends upon the active support and involvement of all personnel.
