Course Description:
Basic study of the ecology of the Mississippi River deltaic plain. Emphasis is on the importance of coastal erosion, accompanied by study of the physical and biological aspects of the Mississippi River, its delta, estuaries, and their habitats and flora and fauna, and relevant environmental and human issues. Common Curriculum: Natural Sciences Modern.
