Biology Core Course
Course Description:
The biology of whole organisms is examined across the diversity of life, including microbes, plants and animals. Emphasis is on the variety of solutions organisms use to solve the fundamental biological problems which allow them to grow, reproduce and disperse. Three hours of lecture per week. Pre-requisite: BIOL A106. Co-requisite: BIOL 109 and 110.
Course Structure:
2 credits, with 3 hours lab and 1 hour recitation.
